New PolicyStat Admin - Seeking advice on managing "Joint Ventures" w/in organization

Greetings friends! My name is Jaclyn from Henry Ford Health in Detroit. I am new in my role and had a question for this group re: “Site” management. Our organization is expanding and we are increasing out “jointventures” with other organizations. Some of the urgent care centers we are partnering with, will be following some of our system-wide policies, while also maintaining some oftheir own policies. What are other organizations doing in these circumstances, when it is not ideal to create multiple new “sites” for each joint venture? I look forward to your feedback and discussion. @Cheryl Postlewaite @Leanne Lind @Ilene Hirsch Would any of you still be willing to meet to discuss how your PolicyStat sites are set up with multiple entities? Particularly if any of your entities are under a “parent” company or larger umbrella that runs the administrative functions of your entities? Thank you!
